Rachel Burn, PERFORMER

Rachel is a London-based choreographer and dancer, both performing in work and creating her own. As a performer Rachel works honestly with the choreographer's intention and treat it with as much value as her own work - this means she chooses her performance projects carefully!
She also enjoys putting characterisation into what could otherwise be abstract movement. She loves to make precise, clear sequences, linked into defined scenes, and work closely with music. Trained predominantly in the Cunningham technique, Rachel finds it to be as emotional and expressive as any dance form could be and enjoys working the two seemingly different worlds together.
